Senior Demand & Supply Planner

About the role

The Senior Demand & Supply Planner will design and govern end‑to‑end planning processes, lead the S&OP/SIOP cycle and ensure accurate demand forecasts and feasible supply plans across assigned countries and product portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement demand and supply planning standards, calendars, governance and performance routines.
• Lead the S&OP/SIOP cycle, including demand review, supply review, gap analysis, scenario evaluation and consensus planning.
• Create and maintain demand forecasts using historical data, commercial inputs and market intelligence.
• Develop supply plans that balance demand, inventory targets, capacity, lead times and customer requirements.
• Analyse data to identify risks, opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support SAP IBP/APO implementation, testing, data validation and user adoption.
• Monitor planning KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in demand and supply planning, preferably in a senior role.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into business decisions.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional stakeholders.
