Senior Developer, AI and Agentforce

About the role

NeuraFlash, part of Accenture, is hiring a Senior Developer for its AI Acceleration team, working remotely in Colombia. The role delivers scalable, AI-powered solutions on Salesforce Agentforce and Data 360, as well as emerging AI technologies adjacent to the Salesforce ecosystem. You will build Agentforce agents and automations, design data foundations on Data 360, prototype new AI capabilities and work closely with project teams and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Build, test and enhance Agentforce agents, workflows and automations for customer-facing and internal experiences
• Prototype and evaluate new AI technologies adjacent to the Salesforce stack, assessing fit and feasibility for client initiatives
• Design and build scalable, secure data architectures on Salesforce Data 360, including DLOs, DMOs, identity resolution and real-time data activation
• Leverage unstructured DMOs, retrievers and search indexes
• Work with customers to define requirements and deliver complex solutions combining Salesforce and adjacent AI technologies
• Develop using the Lightning Framework (LWCs), Apex and JavaScript
• Collaborate with project teams to turn requirements into technical solutions and stay current with Salesforce releases and AI trends
• Travel up to 25% for customer projects and company events

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, LWCs and JavaScript
• Strong understanding of Apex, software development principles and OOP
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems via REST APIs and building solutions on Data 360
• Hands-on experimentation with AI technologies beyond core Salesforce (LLM APIs, agent frameworks)
• Ability to learn quickly and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Preferred: Data 360 (unstructured DMOs, retrievers, RAG, identity resolution), Agentforce Agent Script, Salesforce certifications, consulting experience, AWS Lambda, Amazon Connect, and AI coding agents such as Claude Code
