About the role
Globant is seeking a Senior DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer to help its clients evolve their digital platforms. The role focuses on implementing reliable, secure cloud solutions and supporting continuous delivery pipelines.
Required profile
- Fluent English (B2 – Upper Intermediate)
- Proven experience with SRE practices such as SLAs, SLOs, incident response and post‑mortem analysis
- Strong understanding of cloud security best practices and advanced networking concepts
- Hands‑on experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Required skills
- AWS, Azure, GCP
- Kubernetes (EKS, GKE, AKS, OpenShift), Docker
- Infrastructure as Code – Terraform (preferred), CloudFormation
- CI/CD tools – Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Argo CD, Azure DevOps
- Monitoring – OpenTelemetry, New Relic, Datadog, ELK Stack
- Programming/Scripting – Python, Go, JavaScript, Bash
- Databases – PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis/Valkey, Cassandra, Memcached
- HTTP servers and CDNs – Apache, NGINX, Varnish, ALB, AWS CloudFront
