Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

Coforge is seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure with a focus on high availability and disaster recovery.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and automate configuration management and deployments with Ansible.
• Manage containerized applications using Docker and Docker Swarm, and implement CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with development teams to improve workflows and deployment processes.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in DevOps or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong problem‑solving, independent working, communication, and collaboration skills.

• AWS (including IAM and AWS CLI)

• Ubuntu Linux administration
• Networking concepts (TCP/IP)
• Familiarity with WSUS, Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, security practices (TLS, IAM, RBAC), and monitoring tools
