Senior Director, Customer Engagement

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Director, Customer Engagement to lead the Customer Engagement Center of Excellence across LATAM Innovative Medicine. The role will shape how the organization connects with healthcare professionals through strategy, field execution, and scalable digital capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the LATAM Customer Experience and Omnichannel transformation agenda, aligning business priorities with practical field execution.
• Design and implement CRM, content, data, and AI‑enabled solutions to support Commercial, Medical, and Access teams.
• Partner with regional and global leadership to define operating models, accelerate adoption, and deliver measurable business impact.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to translate strategy into field‑ready tools and processes.
• Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve the customer engagement ecosystem.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in digital marketing, customer engagement, or omnichannel transformation.
• Strong business acumen with hands‑on experience in sales, marketing, and field execution.
• Ability to influence regional and global stakeholders and drive change at scale.
