Senior Director, SAP Business Solution Architect

About the role

EPAM is looking for a Senior Director, SAP Business Solution Architect to lead SAP pre‑sale and implementation governance across client engagements. You will shape solution blueprints, define roadmaps, and partner with account teams to drive technology‑led outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SAP pre‑sale and implementation governance and delivery across client engagements.
• Define target architecture and align client roadmaps with SAP solutions.
• Drive architecture governance and methodologies to ensure consistency across the SAP domain.
• Conduct fit‑gap analysis and guide process and organizational change activities.
• Assess current client solutions, identify opportunities, and develop functional requirements.
• Support account planning and build client vision based on solution scope.
• Integrate business, data, application, and technical architecture domains into a cohesive approach.
• Participate in the client engagement lifecycle as a core member of the account team.
• Introduce innovation topics to address specific client needs and build strong client relationships.

Required profile

• 10+ years of SAP solution architecture experience.
• 5+ years of senior leadership experience guiding architecture direction and governance.
• Strong pre‑sales and implementation governance experience across SAP initiatives.
• Expertise in fit‑gap analysis and business requirements adjustment.
• Deep knowledge of business, data, application, and technical architecture layers.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
