About the role
Cargill is seeking a senior leader to shape talent strategy for one of its global business segments. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Talent & Development, you will act as a trusted advisor, aligning talent initiatives with business objectives and fostering inclusive practices across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Lead analysis of business strategy implications for talent, identify pipeline gaps, and develop solutions with HR Centers of Expertise.
- Deploy annual talent processes—including performance calibration, talent reviews, culture surveys, and executive 2x2s—ensuring data‑driven insights and representation analysis.
- Partner with executive stakeholders, HR business partners, and cross‑functional teams to advance talent initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years of experience in global talent management.
- Strong consulting skills with the ability to anticipate stakeholder needs and manage competing interests.
- Preferred: 15 years total work experience, Master’s degree or equivalent, and a human‑resources certification.
