Senior ETL Developer

About the role

INDI is looking for a Senior ETL Developer to lead the design and implementation of data pipelines that power business intelligence and analytics. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, high‑performance data solutions while mentoring a team of developers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop complex, scalable ETL processes with a focus on performance optimization.
• Lead technical decisions and provide guidance for organization‑wide data integration initiatives.
• Mentor junior and mid‑level developers on ETL best practices and data engineering principles.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to turn requirements into robust data solutions.
• Drive data quality through code reviews, automated testing, and monitoring.
• Evaluate and adopt new ETL tools and technologies to enhance development capabilities.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on ETL development and data engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL design patterns.
• Extensive background with ETL tools, data warehousing, and database technologies.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor development teams.
• Deep understanding of data quality, performance optimization, and testing methodologies.
• Advanced level of English.
