About the role

ScaleHouse Talent, a specialist recruitment agency for the U.S. home remodeling sector, is seeking a Senior Executive Recruiter to support high‑quality, specialized hiring for sales and operations roles. This remote, independent‑contractor position works directly with U.S. clients to source senior talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for senior and specialized positions, primarily sales roles such as Outside Sales Representatives.
• Partner closely with U.S. clients, acting as a strategic talent advisor.
• Source, screen, and assess top‑tier candidates to build a strong pipeline.
• Own recruitment metrics, including time‑to‑fill and quality of hire.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven experience recruiting for U.S. markets and managing full‑cycle processes.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1+ level).
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
