Senior Finance Analyst – Controllership Services

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to support the Country Finance Manager (CFM) service delivery model for Corporate GOC and Healthcare Systems. Based in Bogotá, the role provides controllership services, ensures accurate financial reporting, and drives process improvements across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate month‑end closing, own trial balance, balance sheet and capital flux commentary, and ensure SOX compliance.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to senior business leaders, support forecasting, budgeting, and performance management.
• Drive standardization and digital process improvements, and support technological transformation initiatives such as SigniFi.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on business initiatives, M&A activities, and strategic projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; advanced degree or CPA/CMA preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of finance or related business experience.
• Fluent in English and able to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to lead across functions.
