Senior Finance Analyst – IMFT Value Management Business

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join the Innovative Medicine Finance Transformation (IMFT) Value Management Business (VMB) team in Bogotá. You will play a pivotal role in financial controlling, transparency, and data‑driven decision‑making, directly supporting the organization’s mission to improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Execute quarter‑end close activities for assigned projects.
• Maintain and enhance standardized VMB frameworks, tools, trackers, dashboards, and governance materials.
• Lead cost‑control tracking across IMFT initiatives, ensuring alignment with approved budgets.
• Serve as a key contact for internal and external financial and compliance audits.
• Prepare executive‑ready reports and presentations for leadership forums.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial processes, reporting automation, and data quality.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Finance, PMO, and business stakeholders to monitor performance, identify risks and opportunities, and strengthen governance over investment and value outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance analysis or controlling, preferably within a large, multinational organization.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to partner with finance, PMO, and business teams.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑changing environment.
