Senior Finance Manager – Controllership for Innovative Medicine Americas

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead the Controllership and Financial Management (CFM) agenda for Innovative Medicine across the Americas, based in Bogotá. This high‑visibility position is responsible for the integrity of actuals, financial reporting excellence, and end‑to‑end close execution for a complex regional and global portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Own controllership of actuals, ensuring accurate, timely US GAAP reporting and compliance with company policies.
• Lead end‑to‑end close governance, including trial balance review, cash‑flow analysis, risk assessment, and final sign‑off.
• Translate financial results into actionable insights for CFOs, Finance Directors and business leaders.
• Partner with Global Services Finance, Tax, Treasury and Compliance to resolve issues and strengthen controls.
• Drive simplification, automation and digital enablement across the finance function.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field; MBA or postgraduate degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience with strong controllership and US GAAP expertise.
• At least 5 years of people‑leadership experience building high‑performing teams.
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CMA) preferred.
