Senior Financial Analyst

About the role

Medtronic’s Sales Finance Center of Excellence is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to support twelve operating units across cardiovascular, neuroscience, medical surgical portfolios and Global Commercial Operations. The role will partner with business leaders to drive financial planning, forecasting, reporting and expense analysis while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support sales organizations with financial planning, forecasting and expense reporting.
• Manage OneStream submissions for forecasts and the Annual Operating Plan.
• Develop and maintain monthly reporting templates, journal entries and ad‑hoc analyses.
• Create standardized reporting and analytics across operating units.
• Oversee centrally managed costs such as auto reimbursement, Presidents Club, credentialing and property taxes.
• Administer cost‑center structures, ownership and allocations.
• Partner with Systems team to optimize tools and reporting capabilities.
• Identify and implement process improvements using data insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• Minimum four years of FP&A experience supporting sales organizations.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and Medtronic accounting policies.
• Ability to standardize processes and work under shifting priorities.
