Senior FP&A Analyst

About the role

Factored is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis across the company. You will translate financial data into actionable insights for leadership and partner with multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Support the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts, collaborating with department leaders to build accurate financial plans.
• Build and maintain financial models for scenario planning, revenue projections and strategic decision‑making.
• Develop dashboards and management reports that turn complex financial data into clear insights for leadership.
• Partner cross‑functionally to analyze cost structures, profitability and revenue trends, and assist Accounting with monthly variance analysis.
• Conduct ad‑hoc financial analysis, business cases for new investments and special projects.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial planning or corporate finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, functions and data analysis tools.
• Experience with business intelligence/reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong financial modeling capabilities for budgeting, forecasting and scenario analysis.
