Senior Fullstack Developer (Remote)

About the role

Noxx is seeking a senior full‑stack developer to join its fully distributed team and help build an AI‑powered hiring platform. You will work remotely with stakeholders across the US, Brazil, Mexico and France, turning ideas into production‑ready features.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship end‑to‑end web features from concept to deployment.
• Collaborate with product, design and engineering stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Write high‑quality, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
• Continuously improve codebases, processes and team standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and potentially act as a tech lead on projects.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional web development experience.
• Background in small teams or startups and ability to ship features independently.
• Proven experience leading a team or owning projects.
• Strong English communication skills for remote collaboration.
• Interest or experience with AI‑driven products is a plus.
