About the role

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead creative strategy for iconic restaurant brands within Maverick Studios, the in‑house agency of Inspire Brands. The role is hybrid, based in Bogota, and focuses on shaping visual identity and delivering high‑impact designs across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creative charge across Inspire Brands’ portfolio, ensuring consistency and excellence.
• Design high‑impact, cross‑platform assets such as pitch decks, packaging, signage, and social media content.
• Collaborate with various departments and media teams to deliver strategic, detail‑oriented designs.
• Mentor and guide junior creatives, fostering skill development and efficient workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage multiple brand projects.
