Senior Graphic Designer (Large Format)

About the role

Outsourcing Advantage is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer specialized in large‑format production. You will create high‑quality, print‑ready visual assets for signage, murals, wallpapers, and other oversized media, working closely with design, print, and production teams to meet client specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare visual specification packages for art, signage, logos, wallpaper, murals, and cutouts using PowerPoint.
• Create, preflight, and deliver high‑resolution production files, including upscaling, resizing, and formatting artwork for print and fabrication.
• Ensure color accuracy through adjustments and matching across all deliverables.
• Refine and output print‑ready artwork using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Coordinate with design, print, and production teams to move concepts from inception to completion within project timelines.
• Enforce quality‑control standards and maintain organized documentation, file systems, and version control.
• Produce files for non‑paper media (canvas, vinyl, acrylic) for CNC/laser cutting and roll‑to‑roll/flatbed printing.
• Support image recreations, custom mural creation, and AI‑assisted asset generation.
• Prepare ADA‑compliant signage packages, including braille.
• Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies, including AI tools.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in graphic production or design coordination.
• Hands‑on experience with large‑format production workflows and hardware (roll‑to‑roll, flatbed printing, CNC routing, laser cutting).
• Portfolio demonstrating large‑format, production‑ready design work.
• Familiarity with ADA/braille signage software.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
• Reliable remote‑work setup with stable power and internet.
