Senior Graphic Designer (Remote, LATAM Preferred)

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to create visual assets for digital, print, email marketing, and experiential projects. The role is fully remote with a preference for candidates based in LATAM and requires advanced English proficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑performing paid advertising creatives for digital platforms.
• Create marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, booklets, mailers, and sales materials.
• Develop visual concepts that align with campaign goals and brand standards.
• Support branding, packaging, product design, and other creative marketing initiatives.
• Design engaging email campaigns and manage assets in platforms like Mailchimp, Acoustic, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or Marketo.
• Customize and edit email templates using HTML when needed.
• Produce polished client‑facing presentations and internal decks using PowerPoint.

Required profile

• Senior‑level graphic designer with a strong portfolio of agency work.
• Comfortable balancing creativity with fast‑paced execution.
• Experience supporting marketing initiatives, paid media, email marketing, branding, and presentation design.
• Advanced English (C1+) and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
