Senior Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Infrastructure Engineer to maintain and optimise our enterprise IT environment. The role ensures stability, security and performance of critical services while acting as an escalation point for complex issues.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, Intune and Windows Server environments.
• Administer virtualization platforms (VMware or Hyper‑V), optimise performance and ensure high‑availability.
• Support networking infrastructure, including switching, wireless networks and firewall policies.
• Oversee Mobile Device Management, backup, disaster recovery and vulnerability‑patching activities.
• Act as Level 2/Level 3 escalation point, support ITSM processes and maintain technical documentation.
• Participate in on‑call rotations and scheduled maintenance during evenings, weekends or holidays.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure administration and support.
• Professional fluency in English for technical communication.
