Senior Integrated Designer – Motion & GenAI (Remote, Colombia)

About the role

Brandtech+ is seeking a Senior Integrated Designer with strong motion skills to join its remote team in Colombia. You will work at the intersection of digital, social, and motion design, leveraging proprietary GenAI tools to create high‑impact assets for global brands.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ideate, design, animate and deliver integrated assets for digital marketing, e‑commerce and social media.
• Use the Pencil platform and other GenAI models to generate concepts, copy, images and video, then assemble final creative deliverables.
• Produce assets for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Google Display, adapting them for web, mobile and multi‑channel roll‑outs.
• Maintain brand guidelines, ensure visual quality and iterate rapidly based on feedback.
• Stay current with design and GenAI trends, proposing new tools and techniques to the team.

Required profile

• Creative, detail‑oriented professional with an expert grasp of digital, social and motion design.
• Enthusiastic about adopting GenAI workflows and hands‑on creation across all project phases.
• Fluent in English to work in a global environment.
