Senior Integrated Project Manager (Remote, Colombia)

About the role

Brandtech+ is looking for a Senior Integrated Project Manager to lead creative and production projects from brief to delivery. The role is fully remote, based in Colombia, and requires strong English communication to collaborate with global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end project lifecycle for digital, technology, film, CGI, motion design and print/POS initiatives.
• Transform ambiguous briefs into clear, actionable project plans, including scoping, costing and scheduling.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver assets such as email campaigns, website content and multimedia productions.
• Maintain profitability by monitoring budgets, timelines and resource allocation.
• Apply Brandtech+ project management methodology and drive continuous process improvements.
• Communicate with stakeholders across different time zones and ensure project documentation is complete.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multiple mid to high‑complexity projects in an advertising or creative agency environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Resilient mindset, capable of handling setbacks and maintaining a positive attitude.
• Fluent English; additional language skills are a plus.
