Senior IT Business Intelligence Analyst – SAP Expertise

About the role

We are looking for a Senior IT Business Intelligence Systems Analyst to act as a subject‑matter expert for our BI applications. You will support end‑users, translate business needs into technical solutions, and continuously improve processes using advanced tools.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional and after‑hours support for BI users, handling incidents, service requests and change tickets.
• Manage version updates, perform comprehensive testing and validate system changes.
• Create and maintain user guides, procedural documentation and training materials.
• Analyze user requirements, map business processes and design efficient workflows.
• Develop detailed functional and technical specifications within schedule and budget constraints.
• Serve as the SME for assigned BI applications, ensuring optimal usage and performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Senior‑level experience with strong application support and customer‑service focus.
• 7+ years of experience in an IT role, preferably with project‑management exposure.
• Experience in the construction materials industry is a plus.
