Senior L&D Designer (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev, a technology project company with a remote-first team of 4,000+ people, is hiring a Senior L&D Designer. You will lead the creation of high-impact training programs aligned with organizational goals, driving end-to-end development of educational content so each module delivers measurable results and supports long-term professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and develop comprehensive training manuals and interactive online learning modules.
• Design structured, role-based learning paths to guide employee development.
• Use e-learning authoring tools to create engaging and accessible instructional materials.
• Analyze business objectives to identify and address critical skills gaps.
• Implement measurement frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of training initiatives.
• Manage and optimize Learning Management Systems (LMS) for seamless delivery of content.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Learning and Development, Instructional Design or a related field.
• Proven expertise in instructional design and creating comprehensive training programs.
• Hands-on experience measuring training effectiveness and optimizing educational outcomes.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
