Senior Learning Consultant – AI‑Enabled Capability Building

About the role

Visa University is looking for a senior Learning Consultant to lead the design and commercialization of AI‑enabled capability‑building programs across Latin America and the Caribbean. The role partners with clients and internal Visa teams to diagnose skill gaps, tailor curriculum and deliver measurable learning outcomes that support the evolving payments and AI ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end development and go‑to‑market of Visa University learning solutions for assigned LAC markets, integrating AI‑driven design, delivery and measurement.
• Conduct client discovery using consulting and human‑centered methods to identify business goals, capability gaps and priority learning needs.
• Translate payments, AI and industry trends into relevant learning opportunities and trusted client relationships.
• Package Visa University, VCA and AI assets into scalable, ready‑to‑deploy programs and create reusable sales and proposal materials.
• Collaborate with regional teams to qualify opportunities, support proposals and formalize deals while tracking pipeline, revenue, expenses and margin metrics.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with strong commercial mindset and proven experience in learning strategy, consulting and instructional design.
• Demonstrated ability to build AI‑enabled learning solutions and drive business development in a B2B environment.
• Excellent client‑facing skills, capable of translating complex payments and AI concepts into actionable learning programs.
• Track record of managing revenue, expenses and margin targets for learning services.
