Senior Licensing & Compliance Auditor (LATAM)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Licensing & Compliance Auditor to lead audit engagements across Latin America. The role involves reviewing licensing agreements, analyzing large data sets, and delivering actionable insights to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute licensing audit engagements, assessing compliance and identifying financial recovery opportunities.
• Design and perform audit test plans, analyze client data, detect anomalies, and quantify discrepancies.
• Prepare clear audit reports communicating findings, root causes, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and global team members to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality audits.
• Contribute to the improvement of audit methodologies, templates, and internal processes.
• Mentor and review the work of junior auditors.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5–6+ years of experience in contract compliance auditing or forensic accounting, preferably in the licensing industry.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, CISA, or ACCA are a plus.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2).

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Experience with data visualization/analysis tools such as Power BI.
