Senior Manager – Biddable Media

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead the biddable media strategy for one or two brands within the Inspire Brands portfolio. The role will shape digital media activation, drive performance, and support future growth in a hybrid work environment based in Bogotá.

Key responsibilities

• Own and oversee all digital media activation across programmatic, paid social, biddable third‑party display and paid search.
• Develop points of view and strategic recommendations to improve campaign performance and align with brand goals.
• Collaborate with external partners, media agencies and internal demand‑generation teams to create joint business plans, quarterly business reviews and audience strategies.
• Analyze large data sets to extract actionable insights and produce performance reports.
• Manage budget pacing, billing and financial stewardship for the assigned brands.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of 3‑5 direct reports, ensuring succession planning and skill growth.
• Drive test‑and‑learn initiatives and support ad‑hoc campaign requests.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in media buying and digital advertising.
• Strong analytical ability with experience extracting insights from large data sets.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Experience leading and developing junior team members.
