Senior Manager, Global Learning Delivery

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its Global Learning Delivery function from Bogotá. The role oversees a worldwide network of Learning Delivery and Resource Management teams, ensuring that enterprise learning experiences are executed with operational excellence, scalability, and a learner‑centric focus.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the global Learning Delivery strategy aligned with enterprise learning priorities.
• Partner with Learning Solutions and Operational Excellence to coordinate program design, execution, and reporting.
• Streamline delivery models, tools, and workflows to champion simplicity and scalability.
• Drive continuous improvement through standardized processes, automation, and performance insights.
• Govern operational consistency across all regional hubs.
• Lead a team of five Senior Supervisors across Learning Delivery and Resource Management.
• Own the Global Learning Ambassador Program and private‑program governance.
• Develop team capability through cross‑training and talent development.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in learning delivery, instructional design, or related HR functions.
• Strong strategic thinking with a track record of implementing global learning initiatives.
• Excellent collaboration skills to align with multiple stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to drive simplification, digital enablement, and continuous improvement at scale.
