Senior Manager, Global Procurement – Resins & Upstream

About the role

Clorox is seeking an experienced senior procurement leader to drive global sourcing for Resins and Upstream materials. You will manage a $200 million spend across 20 key suppliers, supporting $7 billion in sales worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute global procurement strategies for Upstream & Resins, focusing on cost efficiency, quality, innovation and sustainability.
• Define and implement hedging strategies for all upstream materials.
• Build and maintain strategic supplier partnerships to ensure continuity, performance excellence and co‑innovation.
• Deliver annual savings targets through sourcing, value engineering and spend optimization.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with finance, R&D, marketing, manufacturing and sustainability teams.
• Provide market insights, supplier capability assessments and best‑practice recommendations to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of procurement or supply‑chain experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing packaging procurement categories in a CPG or manufacturing environment.
• Strong negotiation track record with measurable cost‑saving results.
• Knowledge of supply‑chain risk management, supplier risk assessment and scenario planning.
• Excellent leadership, communication and influencing skills.
