Senior Manager, Professional Services – NOLA

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Professional Services for the North Latin America (NOLA) region to lead the next stage of Simetrik’s Professional Services organization. This strategic leadership role blends consulting, transformation, and execution excellence, guiding enterprise customers to redesign and improve complex operational and financial processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing Professional Services team across NOLA, fostering a culture of ownership, autonomy and continuous improvement.
• Act as senior advisor to enterprise customers, connecting business challenges, risks, controls and technology into scalable, outcome‑driven solutions.
• Own the regional implementation portfolio, ensuring predictable, high‑quality, on‑time delivery and using data‑driven insights to manage risks and capacity.
• Continuously improve methodologies, embed AI and automation into workflows, and create reusable playbooks and knowledge assets.
• Manage regional capacity, staffing, productivity and services economics to balance customer impact with financial sustainability.

Required profile

• 8‑10+ years in management consulting, professional services or business transformation, preferably with Big‑Four or leading consulting experience.
• Strong experience with enterprise customers on complex operational, financial or control‑intensive transformation programs.
• Proven ability to analyze ambiguous problems, design actionable solutions and engage senior C‑level stakeholders.
• Strategic leadership style with hands‑on capability to step in when senior expertise can materially improve outcomes.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus, and background in fintech, payments or data‑intensive environments.
