Senior Manager, Third Party Management

About the role

The Senior Manager, Third Party Management leads global operational execution of Johnson & Johnson's Third Party Management (TPM) program, overseeing teams that manage the full lifecycle of third‑party relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day TPM operations across regions, ensuring timely, compliant onboarding, risk assessments, monitoring, issue management and off‑boarding.
• Drive service‑level performance, quality targets and stakeholder experience while managing workloads, cycle times and capacity.
• Execute TPM policies, support program enhancements, monitor compliance and prepare management reporting, audits and regulatory examinations.
• Oversee due diligence, risk assessment, monitoring and remediation activities in partnership with compliance, legal, privacy, security and other risk functions.
• Collaborate with procurement and business stakeholders to align risk‑based decision making and improve process efficiency.
• Monitor operational metrics, lead process improvement initiatives and promote automation and technology‑enabled solutions.
• Lead and develop managers, team leads and contributors across multiple locations, establishing goals, performance expectations and talent development plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Law, Compliance, Risk Management or related field preferred.
• 7‑10 years progressive experience in third‑party management, procurement, compliance, risk or related disciplines.
• Proven experience leading operational teams in high‑volume, process‑driven environments and managing global teams.
• Strong understanding of procurement and compliance processes; experience with third‑party risk management frameworks preferred.
