Senior Manager, Third Party Management

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the global operational execution of its Third Party Management (TPM) program. The role ensures consistent, compliant lifecycle management of third‑party relationships across onboarding, risk assessment, monitoring, issue resolution and off‑boarding.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day TPM operations across multiple regions, meeting service‑level and quality targets.
• Drive process standardisation, performance metrics, capacity planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Procurement, Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Security and Finance to align operational execution with regulatory and policy requirements.
• Oversee due‑diligence, risk assessments, monitoring, remediation and off‑boarding activities, ensuring adherence to sanctions, anti‑bribery, AML and privacy standards.
• Develop and coach global teams, set clear goals, manage talent pipelines and foster a collaborative, inclusive culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Business, Supply Chain, Law, Compliance or related field preferred.
• 7‑10 years progressive experience in third‑party management, procurement, compliance or risk management.
• Proven leadership of high‑volume, process‑driven global teams and experience driving service delivery and continuous improvement.
• Strong understanding of procurement and compliance processes, with exposure to third‑party risk frameworks.
