Senior Market Research Analyst

About the role

As a Senior Market Research Analyst you will support survey projects from start to finish, reviewing questionnaires, testing links, managing data quality and assisting with client communications. The role is detail‑oriented and offers growth in project management and client engagement within a global team.

Key responsibilities

• Review questionnaires and provide constructive feedback.
• Test survey links, compile stakeholder feedback and conduct data quality reviews.
• Prepare final raw data files for client delivery.
• Assist in feasibility assessments, quoting and proposal development.
• Participate in client intake and project management calls.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day client communication under guidance.
• Monitor fieldwork using Qualtrics or similar platforms and support basic programming tasks.
• Use ERM tools to manage records, search projects and track progress.
• Support vendor communication and develop vendor management skills.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and use PowerBI to review client activity.
• Escalate project risks or issues to senior team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of quantitative market research experience, preferably B2B.
• Familiarity with online and CATI survey methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Authorized to work in Colombia.

Required skills

• Qualtrics (or similar survey platforms).
• Basic proficiency with ERM systems, CRM platforms and PowerBI.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office suite.
