Senior Media Advertising Operations Associate

About the role

The Media Advertising Operations Senior Associate develops and executes data‑driven digital media strategies that align with business objectives, brand growth, and performance goals. The role leads planning, activation, optimisation and measurement of campaigns across major platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads.
• Allocate budgets efficiently and monitor performance metrics such as CPA, CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR and CPM.
• Implement measurement frameworks using GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
• Conduct A/B testing and continuous optimisation to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and clients to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing and scaling paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret performance data and drive strategic decisions.
• Experience designing full‑funnel campaigns, audience planning and conversion optimisation.
