Senior MS Dynamics Developer (Microsoft Power Platform)

About the role

Our Business Platforms team builds and manages integrated digital platforms that improve business efficiency, connectivity and innovation. As a Senior MS Dynamics Developer you will take a hands‑on technical leadership role in designing and delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions for our clients. You will work closely with product owners, architects and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable, secure applications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Facilitate requirements refinement and translate business needs into practical technical stories.
• Design and develop applications using Power Apps, Dataverse and custom PCF controls.
• Develop front‑end components with React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Define and implement integrations between Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure and legacy systems.
• Establish development standards, ensure solution quality, security and performance.
• Review designs and code, troubleshoot complex issues and mentor the engineering team.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps and Dataverse.
• Experience designing and building PCF controls.
• Proficiency in React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Solid background in Azure integration design and delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership while remaining hands‑on.
