Senior .NET Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior .NET Software Engineer to join the API & Middleware Group, a central platform team that builds scalable APIs, middleware services and event‑driven systems for the whole organization. The role focuses on designing and operating high‑performance, low‑latency services that handle significant load and strict reliability requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop low‑latency backend solutions using the latest .NET technologies, including micro‑service and event‑driven architectures.
• Write clean, testable, and efficient code while ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve live production issues, performance bottlenecks and reliability challenges.
• Conduct proof‑of‑concept experiments to evaluate new ideas and technologies.
• Mentor junior engineers, participate in code reviews, design sessions and agile ceremonies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of experience building global enterprise‑level systems.
• Strong desire to work in or learn about financial markets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills and a growth mindset.
