Senior Performance Video Creative

About the role

As a Senior Performance Video Creative you will conceptualise, produce and ship paid video assets for Kraken Consumer and Krak across multiple markets. You will leverage generative AI as a core production method while maintaining a high craft standard.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end paid video creation for product launches, campaigns and always‑on activity on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit and X.
• Produce AI‑generated and AI‑assisted video, maintain up‑to‑date tooling and build repeatable workflows for the team.
• Scale and localise video assets across markets, languages and regulatory requirements while managing multiple workstreams.
• Collaborate with product marketing, compliance and regional teams to secure approvals without compromising creative ideas.

Required profile

• 5+ years of performance video creative experience in a high‑volume in‑house team or agency, preferably in fintech, crypto or other regulated sectors.
• Strong portfolio showing paid video work, including AI‑generated pieces and data‑driven optimisation.
• Ability to interpret performance metrics (thumb‑stop rate, CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS) and translate results into creative iterations.
• Comfort working under fast turnarounds, multiple review cycles and within regulatory constraints.

Required skills

• Expertise in generative AI video and image tooling.
• Advanced video production skills from concept to final cut, including sound design.
• Platform‑native video instincts for Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
• Copywriting ability for scripts and on‑screen text with plain‑language focus.
