Required profile
- 10+ years in DevOps, platform or infrastructure engineering, including several years at senior or principal level on production SaaS platforms.
- Experience leading and mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction.
- Advanced English.
- Nice to have: AWS Solutions Architect Professional, AWS DevOps Engineer Professional, AWS Security Specialty, CKA or CKS, and experience with ISO 27001 / SOC 2 or legacy infrastructure modernization.
Required skills
- Deep hands-on AWS expertise: EKS, EC2, VPC, Transit Gateway, PrivateLink, Route 53, IAM, KMS, and multi-account, multi-region architecture.
- Expert-level Terraform or equivalent IaC.
- CI/CD and GitOps workflows (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Argo CD).
- Observability at scale with CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry or Datadog, and SLOs.
- Incident response and post-incident review experience.
- Scripting in Python, Go or Bash.
What we offer
- Permanent contract with all legal benefits.
- Competitive salary and relocation bonus to Medellín.
- Private health insurance.
- On-site role in Medellín with parking.
