Senior Procurement Analyst

About the role

The Senior Procurement Analyst will support planning and execution of domestic and international procurement, supplier management, inventory planning and cost analysis within a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute domestic and international purchases of raw materials and production supplies.
• Negotiate prices, commercial terms and contracts.
• Identify, develop, qualify and manage suppliers.
• Evaluate and monitor supplier performance.
• Manage minimum and maximum stock levels and plan material requirements using MRP.
• Monitor inventory turnover, coverage and analyse historical consumption to forecast demand.
• Perform cost analysis and assess price variances.
• Develop and track savings KPIs and create contingency plans for critical materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, Logistics, Foreign Trade or a related field; postgraduate specialization in Supply Chain or Strategic Procurement is desirable.
• 5‑8 years experience purchasing raw materials or production supplies, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proven experience negotiating with and managing domestic and international suppliers.
• Experience in inventory management, supply planning and knowledge of import processes.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced English (B2 required; C1 desirable).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience defining, monitoring and reporting management indicators (KPIs).
• Experience using ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent platforms.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, e.g., Power BI.
• Knowledge of contract management and administration.
