Senior Product Manager

About the role

You will lead strategic product engagements with enterprise and digital‑native clients, connecting business objectives with execution to deliver scalable digital products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic engagements with C‑level stakeholders to define product direction, align priorities, and accelerate value delivery.
• Define and execute product roadmaps aligned with business goals to improve market positioning and enable measurable growth.
• Translate high‑level business objectives into actionable requirements, ensuring alignment between stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams.
• Facilitate workshops and ideation sessions using design thinking and service design frameworks.
• Manage and prioritize complex backlogs to maximize business value while maintaining architectural integrity.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and global teams to ensure seamless product delivery and successful launches.
• Drive organizational transformation by aligning operating models, processes, and tools with product‑centric ways of working.

Required profile

• 5–7+ years of advanced experience in product strategy, product management, or digital consulting.
• Strong knowledge of product operating models, agile delivery, and product strategy consulting.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders through strategic insights and business case development.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.

Required skills

• Advanced experience with modern product frameworks such as design thinking, service design, and design sprints.
• Strong knowledge of backlog management tools and handling complex, multi‑layered backlogs.
