Senior Program Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead complex cross‑functional initiatives in a highly technical environment. This individual contributor role requires strong technical understanding, ownership, and the ability to influence without direct authority to ensure delivery across multiple teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive complex technical initiatives across multiple engineering teams.
• Coordinate Product Managers, Architects, Team Leads, Scrum Masters, and external stakeholders.
• Manage cross‑team dependencies, risks, and escalations.
• Facilitate technical discussions, remove blockers, and resolve delivery challenges.
• Communicate project status, risks, and decisions to technical and business stakeholders.
• Support production releases and large‑scale product initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and cross‑team collaboration.

Required profile

• 7+ years of project or program management experience in software development.
• Experience managing enterprise software projects across multiple teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Upper‑Intermediate or higher English proficiency.

Required skills

• Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Software architecture concepts, APIs, cloud platforms, integrations, and CI/CD pipelines.
