Senior Program Manager

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Revenue Operations & Enablement to lead operational excellence initiatives, manage regulatory and compliance programs, and ensure efficient business processes across revenue systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and oversee implementation of operational projects for revenue systems, managing end‑to‑end delivery and removing blockers.
• Program manage regulatory and compliance‑driven initiatives, translating requirements into clear scope, plans, owners, and milestones.
• Execute intake analysis across cross‑functional teams, align priorities with published best practices, and report status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate retrospectives, drive process improvements, and serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in program management, operations assurance, or related field with regulatory or audit‑driven initiatives.
• Strong understanding of internal controls, audit processes, and documentation standards.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work independently, coordinate multiple global stakeholders, and think strategically.
