Senior Program Manager – Latin America Merchant Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the merchant acquisition engine across Latin America. In this role you will own the end‑to‑end acquisition strategy, adapting global playbooks to the fast‑moving SMB market while influencing large BPO partners and driving operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the LatAm acquisition strategy, tailoring global frameworks to regional realities.
• Lead and influence BPO partners for inbound and outbound sales programs, setting coaching standards and QA processes.
• Identify and resolve funnel friction by collaborating with Strategy, Product and Analytics teams.
• Monitor daily funnel performance, refine SOPs, and work with BPO supervisors to improve sales motions.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to align lead quality, resource allocation and execution.
• Use data‑driven analysis to evaluate channel performance, inform decisions and optimise conversion rates.

Required profile

• 6+ years of sales operations or acquisition program experience in fast‑paced environments.
• Proven track record managing and influencing outsourced BPO teams.
• Strong ability to design or improve sales processes, SOPs and training structures.
• Strategic thinker capable of translating high‑level goals into scalable workflows.
• Excellent analytical mindset with solid data analysis experience.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for multi‑regional stakeholder management.
