Senior Project Controller

About the role

WSP Colombia is looking for a Senior Project Controller to join its Québec Buildings Team. The role provides financial and administrative support to Project Managers, ensuring accurate project data, cost control and effective coordination across Operations, Finance, Billing and Accounts Receivable.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Oracle for project setup, modifications and baseline resets.
• Maintain accurate project data, budgets and revenue information in corporate systems.
• Identify cost‑revenue variances and drive corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Prepare periodic forecasts (EAC, ETC) in collaboration with Project Managers and Directors.
• Support change‑management processes and reflect financial impacts.
• Facilitate communication between Operations, Finance, Billing and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project financial performance and produce decision‑support reports.
• Lead status meetings to gather updates on financial performance and forecasts.

Required profile

• Technical diploma, associate or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Project Management or related field.
• 6‑9 years of experience in Project Controls, Cost Control, Project Financial Management or Project Administration.
• Experience in building, engineering or infrastructure projects is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Oracle ERP for project administration.
