Senior Project Manager (Certified)

About the role

GXA is looking for a highly organized Senior Project Manager to lead client‑facing and internal initiatives. The role acts as the operational hub, coordinating across clients, vCIOs, engineering, service delivery, vendors and leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and close projects across the full lifecycle, maintaining schedules, budgets and resource allocations.
• Drive accountability, monitor progress, manage risks and remove roadblocks to keep projects on track.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, communicating status, risks and milestones.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including vCIOs, vITMs, engineers, procurement, security and vendors.
• Track financials, scope changes and ensure accurate project documentation and closure.

Required profile

• 5+ years of project management experience in a Managed Services Provider environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritize competing deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with executive‑level stakeholders.
• Strong problem‑solving, critical‑thinking and organizational abilities.

Required skills

• PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum or ITIL certification.
• Experience with project planning, risk management and financial tracking.
