Senior Project Manager – Creative Agency (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

We are a fast‑moving creative and digital agency serving global enterprise clients in entertainment, technology, tourism and the public sector. As a Senior Project Manager you will be the central hub that connects leadership, clients and the design team, turning strategy into actionable plans.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end project management for multiple simultaneous client engagements.
• Serve as the primary client contact, managing expectations, timelines and feedback loops.
• Translate client feedback and leadership priorities into clear, actionable briefs for designers.
• Capture requirements, meeting notes and deliverable specifications with meticulous accuracy.
• Proactively identify and flag risks, blockers and timeline issues.
• Maintain organized project documentation, status trackers and communication logs.
• Facilitate smooth handoffs between clients and creatives, ensuring both sides have what they need.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of project‑management experience in a creative, design or digital‑agency environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English for client‑facing communication.
• Extreme attention to detail and strong critical‑thinking abilities.
• Highly structured approach to capturing and communicating requirements and feedback.
• Comfortable managing relationships with leadership, clients and designers simultaneously.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines without losing grip.
• Based in Latin America with reliable high‑speed internet.
