Senior Project Manager – IT Transformation & Business Applications

About the role

Keyrus is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large‑scale data and analytics transformation programs, focusing on cloud modernization initiatives with Google Cloud Platform. The role involves orchestrating complex migration programs across business, data, engineering, analytics, and vendor teams to deliver enterprise‑grade solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise cloud migration and data modernization programs on GCP.
• Manage large‑scale migrations of data platforms, reporting environments, and analytics ecosystems into Google Cloud.
• Drive initiatives involving BigQuery, Looker, cloud‑native analytics architectures, data warehouses, and reporting modernization.
• Partner with business stakeholders, architects, data engineers, analytics teams, and executive sponsors to align on strategic objectives.
• Establish governance models, delivery frameworks, risk management processes, and executive reporting structures.
• Facilitate Agile delivery practices while maintaining strong program governance and stakeholder accountability.
• Lead executive steering committees and provide strategic project updates to senior leadership.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to data migrations, cloud adoption, integrations, compliance, and business continuity.

Required profile

• 8+ years of project or program management experience leading large‑scale technology initiatives.
• 5+ years managing cloud transformation, data platform, or analytics migration projects.
• Proven experience leading Google Cloud Platform migration programs.
• Strong experience managing enterprise stakeholders, executive reporting, governance frameworks, and vendor relationships.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills with advanced English proficiency.
