Senior Project Manager (Marketing Operations)

About the role

The Global Business Service Center team is looking for a multi-skilled Senior Project Manager to partner with Global Marketing and support the day-to-day operations of the Services Business - Marketing Operations, acting also as an analyst. The role suits someone passionate about Marketing Operations, highly motivated, analytical, organized and entrepreneurial.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of marketing tickets handled through work management systems such as Adobe Workfront or Monday.com.
• Work with internal marketing analysts and leaders to manage tickets and requests, track status and report weekly and monthly status.
• Lead end-to-end project management for specific projects and operations, including intake requests, deliverables validation, schedule and stakeholder communication.
• Own the formatting and publishing of material, keeping it updated every month.
• Create Salesforce, Adobe Workfront and Monday reports and manage connectivity with other teams on PM platforms.
• Track incoming engagement requests, input performance metrics and track value per engagement.
• Produce monthly and quarterly performance reports using provided templates and guidance.

Required profile

• Project management experience plus analyst-level experience on medium to large, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience applying the project management lifecycle to complex, multi-workstream projects.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, chaotic environment with competing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong commitment to quality control, data integrity and compliance.
• Excellent written, oral and presentation communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving ability, attention to detail, strong work ethic, sense of urgency and customer service focus.

• Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Project management tools such as Adobe Workfront and Monday.com.
