Senior Project Manager – Remote

Key responsibilities

• Develop project forecasts and maintain accurate timelines.
• Manage projects using Agile methodologies, ensuring iterative delivery.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to apply consistent HR policies.
• Validate project viability, prepare budgets, and allocate equipment and resources.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to meet delivery deadlines.
• Ensure team compliance with established processes and methodologies.
• Implement process improvements and necessary changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor progress and conduct control activities to track performance.
• Maintain high levels of customer and team satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years managing software outsourcing projects (time‑and‑material or fixed‑price).
• Strong customer orientation and budget management experience.
• Background in IT and prior experience as a Software Engineer.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
