Senior QA Auditor (Remote)

About the role

As a Senior QA Auditor at BairesDev, you will drive operational excellence by evaluating business processes, ensuring high quality standards and regulatory compliance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive operational audits to identify process inefficiencies and functional gaps.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated scorecards and KPIs to monitor performance trends.
• Produce detailed documentation and reports translating audit findings into clear remediation plans.
• Lead periodic internal reviews to ensure alignment with business requirements and industry benchmarks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to standardize workflows and bolster overall compliance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Operational Auditing.
• Proven expertise in auditing methodology, scorecards and KPIs.
• Hands‑on experience creating structured documentation for operational workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and experience in compliance or TA Ops.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
