Senior Quality Assurance Manager - PHC Colombia

About the role

P&G is looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Manager (PHC LADMAR, Colombia) to act as Technical Director and lead Quality Assurance and Technical Direction activities for the PHC business in Colombia, supporting Quality operations across LADMAR. The role ensures product quality, regulatory compliance and the effective execution of Quality Management Systems through product storage, distribution and market release, working with local and regional Quality teams, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, commercial teams, suppliers, 3PL partners and health authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Quality Assurance and Technical Direction for the PHC portfolio in Colombia and support Quality activities across LADMAR.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, GMP and Good Storage and Distribution Practices.
• Oversee product release to market and ensure proper quality disposition of pharmaceutical products, dietary supplements, cosmetics, food products, medical devices and diagnostic reagents.
• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System, including deviations, CAPAs, change controls, risk management and quality documentation.
• Lead internal, external, supplier and health-authority audits and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
• Manage quality incidents, complaints, recalls, returns, rejections and other quality-related events.
• Monitor Quality KPIs and partner with Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Purchasing, Sales, suppliers, 3PL partners and health authorities.
• Provide quality guidance to business initiatives and lead and develop the Quality team.

Required profile

• Licensed Pharmaceutical Chemist with a valid professional registration allowing Technical Director responsibilities in Colombia.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical QA, Technical Direction, Production, Regulatory Affairs and/or Quality Control.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, GMP, Good Storage and Distribution Practices and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
• Experience with deviations, CAPAs, audits, risk assessments and product quality decisions.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Nice to have: regional or multi-country QA experience, INVIMA exposure, 3PL warehouse experience, experience across multiple healthcare product categories, and prior experience leading Quality teams.
